All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed via email or SMS in such cases.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing the order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: No charges for any shipping.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Tathastu will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at tathastu.wb@gmail.com.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Tathastu is not liable for packages lost in transit due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

9. Delays Due to Unforeseen Events

Delivery times may be affected during festivals, sales events, natural calamities, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
